- RF power up to 1 W (30 dBm, adjustable from +5 to +30 dBm; 2 W optional for markets such as Latin America), read speed over 1300 tags/s and read range up to about 28–31 m in open, low‑interference environments with MR6/M750/Alien H3 anti‑metal tags.
- Sled form factor measuring 151 × 76 × 132 mm and weighing 438 g, compatible with phones 68–80 mm wide and up to 22 mm thick (or via dedicated cases/holders).
Power and ruggedness
- Removable 5200 mAh battery with over 70 hours of standby (Bluetooth connected) and up to around 2.5 hours of continuous UHF operation (about 400 tags), charging in 4–5 hours using the standard adaptor and USB cable.
- IP54 sealing, multiple 1.5 m drops to concrete, 1000 × 0.5 m tumbles at room temperature, operating temperature from -20 °C to +50 °C and storage from -40 °C to +70 °C.
- Designed for 5–95% non‑condensing humidity and ESD protection of ±15 kV air discharge / ±8 kV contact.
Connectivity and interfaces
- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.0 for wireless connection to Android and iOS devices via SDKs in Java and Objective‑C.
- USB 3.0 Type‑C port for charging and wired data transfer.
- Status LEDs for power, work and Bluetooth plus integrated buzzer for audible feedback during operations.
Barcode, controls and compatibility
- Optional SE2707 2D imager supporting major 1D/2D symbologies, including UPC/EAN, Code 128, QR, DataMatrix, PDF417 and various postal codes.
- Physical control and trigger keys designed for intensive use together with the smartphone host.
Development and usage scenarios
Well suited for high‑density inventory (retail, warehouse, libraries, asset management) where a smartphone needs to be turned into a professional RFID terminal while keeping flexible, quick attach/detach capability.
Cortex‑M3 72 MHz MCU with Android/iOS SDK support and development via Android Studio and Xcode for easy integration into business apps and back‑end systems.
